Returns Policy

Baseball Rivals will operate the follow returns policy.

Baseball Rivals inspects all products prior to dispatch and will not dispatch a product it deems unsellable. However if you are not satisfied with your product a refund of the cost of the item will be provided on the basis that:-

1. We are notified within 7 working days of receipt of the item of your intention to  return it.
     Notification should be sent to returns@baseballrivals.co.uk

2. The item is returned in a merchandisable condition i.e.

• un-opened in it's Factory Sealed clamshell packaging. No refund will be given if factory sealed packaging has been opened.
• received in an undamaged state - Please therefore pack your returns carefully, preferably in the packaging you received it in.

Baseball Rivals will aim to refund the cost of your item within 7 working days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Postage cost of returned items will Not be refunded.

Different Details as Pictured

The item you receive may not look exactly as pictured. This is due to the fact that some of the pictures are of prototypes and there may be minor paint adjustments and variations in detail in the item you receive. Refunds will not be given solely on the basis of these minor differences. 

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event you receive goods that have been damaged in transit please email us at damages@baseballrivals.co.uk within 48hrs of receipt.
